did ~4.5 miles this evening, normal loop (roland-cold spring-charles-back). went relatively slow (42-ish minutes?). felt very good with only a little stiffness in my R calf. run was really uneventful except for the amiable young lady driver who misconstrued the pedestrian right of way sign and became rather vocal at having to wait for me to cross. again, felt good.
i'm having mad cravings for peanut-butter oreos...
ok, so hershey's chocolate will have to do. yum.
