today is 'thank you, administrative assistants' day. or something like that. our firm was going to throw a nice breakfast, complete with an omelette man. dude didn't show. people are cranky because they were depending on this for their breakfast. especially since a bunch are signed up to give blood. damn the omelette man.
last time i donated blood, i felt okay, if not a little woozy. it took twenty minutes to give just one unit, so maybe my body was pacing itself. this time, WHAM BANG, just five minutes. and that sucks. i feel completely nauseated. after describing it to a coworker, she said that it sounded like morning sickness.

actually, i read my sister-in-law's blog today, and it made me miss my niece. ... brb... i have to go throw up... :(
