so today i was really bouncing off the walls emotionally, so i went for a hard run.
and by hard, i mean slow. i'm serious.
if i'd run on pure adrenaline, i would have gone too fast and probably hurt myself. so, i made a conscious effort to run more evenly and relax my entire body. i did my out and back on roland, up to northern parkway (5 miles) in about 45 minutes. roland is one of my favorite, most soothing places to run. it did, in fact, calm me down.
yay.
